RENTAL RULES
-Bookings for a month long (or longer) 8pm performance run
require a 3-day booking per weekend. Thurs-Sat or Fri-Sun
- All rentals must have a door person to watch the door before
during and after the show
- Light, Sound and Video Techs must be experienced with light,
sound and video equipment
- Stage Werx Theatre will provide front webpage promotions only
- A 50% deposit is required upon booking and signing contract
- The remainder is required 2 weeks prior to show
-No refunds <30 days prior to booking for one offs
-No refunds <90 days prior to booking for full runs
- Renters are not allowed to sublease the space.
-No group shall post flyers on public property.
Any fines incurred by groups that post flyers must be paid immediately by the rental group or forfeit their booking with
no refund
- Concessions can be provided by Stage Werx.
Beer and Wine license on premises.
-No hot food is allowed to be sold or served with concessions
- This is a no glitter, no confetti, and no stage blood, no food venue
- Stage Werx charges $40/hr to clean up after groups
- Running overtime on shows will result in a $4o fee per half hour payable that night.
- This is a 49 seat theater with room for extra seating
- Stage Werx has basic insurance coverage.
This does not cover Equity Actors
